The owner, who loves children, attaches great importance to family life. The layout needs to have space for the family to spend time together, display and storage of collections, and space suitable for child care. The designer uses the spirit of "puzzle" throughout the design of the public and private areas, using patchwork of different elements like wood grill, marble and iron, not only to show the unique material conflict contrast, but also to subtly and harmoniously blend in the space. In the functional part, double-sided cabinets are used to meet the family's large amount of storage needs; and the children's room also responds to the needs of parents or nannies taking care of children with a bunk bed, so that children can sleep with adult's accompany.
From the perspective of family life, the public area retains an open and wide view and continuity. The separation of the living and dining areas is made through the division of materials and colors. The light band extends from the ceiling of the entrance hall to the corridor of the private area, leading the movement line.
