PPD is one of the fastest-growing energy companies in the CEE region. Founded in 2001, with headquarters in Croatia’s Vukovar, it branched out to seven countries over time. Today, it operates throughout Europe by trading gas and providing long-term gas supply – along with logistics, transport, and storage capacity.
Approaching 2021, the 20th anniversary year, the company decided to revamp its identity to tie its achievements with the vision of further development. The result was a full scope redesign of corporate identity besides a new slogan and a temporary anniversary logo extension. PPD’s business is all about natural gas, an impalpable substance, so the creative idea behind the illustrations was to envision the invisible. Graphics are “boundless,” overflowing the margins and crossing between formats. Fluid lines are evocative of pipelines - vessels for this medium, giving it a recognizable shape. Headline “Full of energy” further emphasizes the intangible qualities that fuel this company: motivation, enthusiasm, and a future-oriented mindset. This thriving organization now has a strong, energetic, expressive visual style to follow its ambitions and growth.
