The residential project's design concept is inspired by the natural and historical heritage of the area. It uses the themes of "river" and "state" to interpret the current "city oasis" and reflect old memories of the past in the modern building. The building's exterior is a collection of lines and contours from local neighborhoods, presented in a simple and clean modern aesthetic. The building's structure, through pure colors and simple lines, creates a calm and restrained architectural tone. Additionally, to provide a natural and comfortable open space for the residents and neighbors, the project adopts a retracted building with green belts and public open space. This creates a friendly and interactive spatial experience for them.

As you take a moment to gaze upon the building, you'll be struck by the intricacy and attention to detail in its design. The top floor features simple lines and frames that create a beautifully proportioned structure that stands out against the city skyline. But it's not just the aesthetics that impress - this design also includes a sky garden that serves as a peaceful retreat for residents. Here, they can unwind and enjoy nature's beauty while taking in breathtaking views of the city. The color scheme of the building is a carefully curated blend of gray and white, with accents of dark gray that imbue the structure with a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. The structured linear design is not only visually stunning, but it also helps to reduce visual clutter and create a sense of consistency throughout the building.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming environment with an earthy color palette. The use of earth tones in the interior design creates a seamless transition from the outdoor natural scenery, making you feel as if you're walking through a tranquil green forest.
